The readers of Germany’s sportauto magazine had the choice - almost 10,000 sports car enthusiasts cast their vote: The BMW ALPINA D5 S was crowned the sportiest diesel again - with 42.7% of the votes in this category! It has already been the sporty front-runner in the automotive diesel class since 2019. And rightly so, because its 3.0 litre straight-six cylinder engine with 300 kW (408 hp) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque confidently sets the benchmark for sportiness and revving pleasure. Maximum ride comfort, pronounced agility and lateral dynamics: The ALPINA Sport Suspension is ideally suited and offers a broad spectrum of driving experiences. Sporty and comfortable, no compromises.

In the category saloons/touring wagons up to 100,000 euros the sports car enthusiasts awarded second place to the powerful BMW ALPINA B3. With 364 kW (495 hp) and 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque, the saloon reaches a top speed of 305 km/h (Touring 302 km/h) - and all this with unique driving dynamics and suitability for everyday use: an all-rounder for the highest demands.
